"Matt and Sally have been so helpful as we transitioned to a new office. Our previous office made some critical errors regarding coverage and did not take responsibility for the mistake. Matt reviewed our many policies made recommendations and took the time to explain in detail what the best options were for us. Sally helped us change our payment plan to really simplify things for us and was tenacious in helping to resolve a billing issue regarding a lost payment through State Farm. I can't recommend this office enough."

"Previous Review: Considerable frustration with claims management and little to no help from our agent in getting claim resolved. Being without a vehicle for weeks on end is a bad experience in itself, but having to self-manage my claim to get anything done reflects poorlly on our local office/agent and State Farm as a whole. For years, we experiencede great service from State Farm and this office. However, over the last 2 years the quality of service has dimished while prices increased drastically. After decades of being with State Farm, we are considering better options for our household."

"Having recently moved to Redmond from Connecticut, and buying a new car I asked my 25 year agent at State Farm in Ct., and he connected and coordinated with the local office of Matt Flinn. Alexa Kaiser reached out to me right away via email. I forwarded her my pertinent details and she made an appointment for a phone call... She was both very efficient and considerate, caring. She asked questions to help her understand my situation better and as the details became clear to her she put the process into gear, providing me with insurance for my new state of Washington, for my new car as well as two other cars I brought with me. I received earned discounts, was advised how and when those might change and even a couple of things I did not have in Ct. offered up. Terrific experience and I look forward to a continued relationship with the agency in my new home. Thank you Alexa and by extension Matt."
