This whole thing with the window replacement claim had been dragging on forever, plus a separate windshield issue where three different third-party companies kept messing up the communication and denying it for ridiculous reasons. Sally didn’t let any of it slide. She fought for me, tracked down exactly why the windshield was getting blocked, dealt with all the back-and-forth nonsense, and just got it resolved today. Her whole team is great too. Jennifer in the office especially, super helpful and on top of everything. In this big corporate insurance world that can feel so impersonal and frustrating, Sally is the opposite. She actually cares, she rides the ups and downs with you, and she stays the same genuine person no matter what. I feel lucky to have her as my agent. Sally, don’t ever change. You’re awesome.
